Overview

Poteligeo (mogamulizumab-kpkc) is a humanized monoclonal antibody indicated for the treatment of certain adults with relapsed or refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), including mycosis fungoides (MF) and Sézary syndrome (SS), after at least one prior systemic therapy.

Mechanism of Action

Poteligeo targets CCR4 (C-C chemokine receptor type 4), a protein expressed on certain malignant T-cells. By binding to CCR4, the drug helps the immune system identify and eliminate cancerous cells through antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC).

Indications

• Relapsed or refractory mycosis fungoides (MF)
• Relapsed or refractory Sézary syndrome (SS)
• Patients who have received at least one prior systemic therapy

Administration

Poteligeo is administered as an intravenous (IV) infusion by a healthcare professional according to the prescribed treatment schedule.
